How Eclat Press earns money: Amazon Associates commissions, what they never buy, and how rankings stay independent of revenue.

Eclat Press is a free connection between readers and products sold by third parties. When you buy through links on our site, we may earn an affiliate commission. As an Amazon Associate, Eclat Press earns from qualifying purchases made through our Amazon links, which carry our Associates tracking tag.
What commissions never buy
No brand can pay for placement, ranking, a review, or a kinder verdict. Products enter our guides because they are sold on Amazon under its Premium Beauty or Luxury Stores programmes and because their published formulas and specifications earn the place. Where a well-known product fails that test, we leave it out and the guide says what replaced it.
Commissions are paid by the retailer, never added to your price. The price you pay is the price on the listing, whether or not you arrived through our link.
What we do not control
The products we write about are manufactured, sold and shipped by independent brands and retailers. Eclat Press does not sell, stock or ship anything, and we cannot warrant any product's performance, authenticity in a third-party shipment, or fitness for your skin. Always read the label, follow the manufacturer's directions, and patch test new products. Verify a seller's credentials and the listing details before you buy, as you would with any retailer.
Photographs on Eclat Press are the manufacturers' own product photographs as published on their Amazon listings, or designed editorial plates built around them. They show the products as listed, not the people or premises of any seller.
