SK-II Facial Treatment Mask, 6 Count
The PITERA soaked cotton sheet mask for occasion skin, and the only SK-II format that passed verification

111SKIN Rose Gold Brightening Facial Treatment Mask, Set of 5
The Harley Street hydrogel: 24K gold and damask rose in a second skin sheet built for the hour before the event
Where They Differ
Essence and material
SK-II floods a cotton sheet with PITERA, its fermented signature, and the wear is about saturation: essence everywhere, including enough left in the sachet for neck and hands. 111SKIN suspends its deck, 24K gold, damask rose, niacinamide and a peptide, in a hydrogel that clings like a second skin. Cotton delivers more liquid; hydrogel delivers more contact.
The finish each leaves
SK-II's finish reads as skin health: rested, plumped with moisture, luminous in a way that survives close inspection and photographs without makeup. The Rose Gold finish reads as radiance applied: brighter, cooler, more immediately glowing, and particularly flattering under the makeup that usually follows it. Photographers' days favour the first; evenings that begin with makeup favour the second.
Cost per occasion and waste
Both are single use prestige formats, and the honest unit is the evening, not the box: six SK-II sheets against five 111SKIN masks, each box a small calendar of important days. Neither survives a weekly habit defence, and both generate a sachet and a spent sheet per use. Rationed to occasions, the arithmetic is a choice; used as routine, it is a leak.

Questions, Answered
Which mask is better the night before, and which on the day?
Owners who use both tend to reverse the obvious order: SK-II the night before, for the rested look that greets the morning, and the 111SKIN hydrogel in the final hour, for cooling and brightness under makeup. Either alone still performs; the pairing is a connoisseur's refinement, not a requirement.
Can either mask anchor a weekly routine?
Neither should. At prestige cost per single use, a weekly sheet habit costs more than the anchor creams ranked in this topic while delivering less cumulative good. Weekly masking belongs to the wash off and jar formats in this site's face masks edit; these two are occasion instruments.
